After graduating from University of San Diego in 2002, Ryan worked for Capital Pacific Homes in Santa Barbara, CA developing several multi-family interurban properties over the next 5 years. Specializing in Construction and Project Management, Ryan developed a reputation for turnkey developments. Being recruited to the Northwest he went to work for several large scale contractors, including Sierra Construction and Norcon Builders, where he worked with numerous construction teams building several multi-family properties. In 2010 Ryan created RC Services, LLC which specializes in Tenant Improvement projects. Working with different property owners and tenants, Ryan acts not only as the Contractor but also as a Construction Consultant managing all aspects of development projects.
